This is the largest seaweed food and drink festival in North America.

• Food & Drink – seaweed specials, from kelp burgers to craft cocktails. Brewers, bakers, distillers, chocolatiers, cheesemakers, and other artisans launch limited-edition releases
• Farm Tours & seaweed cooking workshops
• Special events include seaweed field ID workshops, science cafes, and a seaweed art, film, and science expo
