December 31, 2024 from12 noon to 10:00 PM- Join us at the Annual First Night in Chatham-the 34th year of celebrating… always a fun time. “Celebrate Together” is this year’s theme. There are over 70 events scheduled, from a noise parade to fireworks at Veteran’s Field, lots of food choices (check out Mom and Pops food truck). You can buy a button (ages 12 and over) for $30. online or local. Note you don’t need a button to join in the festivities, most outdoor activities and some indoor you will not need a button for. The 3BeachGirls will spend some time at one of our favorite Chatham beaches, Hardings or Ridgevale or maybe Lighthouse Beach (1/2 mile from downtown) if it’s not too windy and then wonder over to downtown for the festivities.
